Step 6

• Turn the T umble T Wire Spool Rack upside down and insert the foot pads into the hanger slots or foot pad slots.

Step 7

• Place the T umble T Wire Spool Rack on a flat surface (feet down)
• While applying slight pressure on bar #7, tighten all bolts on both sides.

Step 8

• Take the 2 remaining tubes, place a finder washer on one end with a 1/4" x 1/2" flange bolt
• Insert the tubes through each "T" on one end plate while the washer on the side of the rack.

Step 9

• Place 4 of the remaining 5" PVC rollers on 1 tube inside the end plates.
• When the rollers are on, slide the end through the other "T".
• Repeat for remaining tube.

Step 10

• Attach a fender washer with a 1/4" x 1/2" bolt to the remaining ends.
• At this time it will take 2 wrenches, one on each end, to tighten the bolts.
