Step 11

• Attach handle bracket on the INSIDE of the left end plate, paying special attention to the hole sizes.
• Use 2 1/4-20 x 1/2" flange bolts with 1/4-20 flange nuts. Nuts should be on the inside.
• Do Not Tighten.

Step 12

• Using a 5/16 x 1/2" flange bolt, attach the 5/8 x 20" support tube.
• Do Not Tighten.

Step 13

• Attach handle bracket on the OUTSIDE of the right end plate, paying special attention to the hole sizes.
• Use 2 1/4-20 x 1/2" flange bolts with 2 1/4-20 flange nuts. Nuts should be on the inside.
• Do Not Tighten

Step 14

• Take the 3/4" x 20" PVC handle and slide it onto the handle support tube.

Step 15

• Attach the handle support tube to the handle bracket with the 5/16 x 1/2" flange bolt and tighten all the nuts and bolts.
• Take the extra nuts and bolts and insert them into the olower holes of the end plates for spares.
